Ukrainian Working Permits and Visa

Foreign employees need a working permit in Ukraine. This rule applies also to employees from the CIS. The process of provision of a working permission includes several steps and has to be planned in detail.Depending on the purpose for which a foreign manager travels, he needs a special visa. For example, there is a differentiation between a working visa and a business visa. The latter one  is limited to business trips and does not allow working. Business visa may be issued with a validity of one year, but allows only 90 days stay in the country within 180 days, which means a maximum of 180 days within the whole year of validity.
